Field View is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches like a welcome basket. It's in a prime location for exploring the North Norfolk coast, offering comfort and convenience for guests of all ages. The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a pleasant garden, making it a great base for a Norfolk holiday.
Guests consistently noted the property as very clean, tidy, and well-maintained, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable stay.
The property's location is highly regarded for its convenience to local attractions and the North Norfolk coast, with a good pub nearby, although one review mentioned a low phone signal.
Reviews frequently mention the property's comfort, including comfortable beds and a spacious layout suitable for a range of ages, enhancing the overall experience.
The property is celebrated for its well-stocked and equipped kitchen. However, points are deducted due to repeated mentions of a non-working dishwasher and lack of access to the fuse board.
The welcome basket and the property's overall preparation for guests are appreciated, indicating thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this is a kind gesture rather than a standard provision.

Sheringham began as a little fishing community on the coast of North Norfolk, but after the railroads arrived there in 1887, it flourished and developed into a well-liked vacation destination. Sheringham has received accolades from Britain in Bloom, Anglia in Bloom, and Best Coastal Resort in addition to 10 consecutive European Blue Flags for the cleanliness of its beach. Enjoy strolling along the East or West promenades, which have a beach with a silver-pebbled shoreline leading to golden beaches with rock pools and streams adjacent to ochre cliffs, local fishing boats, and an rlni lifeboat station with museum, as well as sea vistas with blue skies and red sunsets. The "Little Theatre," which is open all year long, a model boating lake, coastal parks with seating, a steam railway, golfing, amusement arcades, and fish & chip restaurants with locally caught fish are further attractions in this charming, traditional seaside town.

The house was very clean and well equipped. We all found the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed having meals on the patio and watching the bats in the garden in the evening. The cul de sac is quiet but close to the main road and a good pub. The property is in a very good location for exploring the North Norfolk coast with its choice of sandy beaches and places of interest. I recommend the Cromer Pier Show.
