The property has large grounds and the beach is very clean and Happisburgh is about a 20 minute walk down the beach and the local pub is excellent with amazing food and hospitality. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Perfect for our 3 generation family and accompanying dogs. . Love, love, loved the conservatory games room - pool, darts and a juke box and loads of games and puzzles. The beach is wonderful walking and goes on and on. Extra special seeing so many seals between Horsey Gap and Sea Palling, as well as at Horsey Gap itself. Hot tub overlooking the sea is extra special after long walks. Photos don't do this house justice - both living rooms are huge and furnished with very comfortable chairs and sofas. All bedrooms comfortable. Bonus to find that the slimline dishwasher, that we were expecting from the description. has been replaced by a full size dishwasher, thank you. Everywhere we visited was ultra dog friendly. Thoroughly recommend a holiday Beach Haven.

Just a shame that the issue with the door was not notified to us and the maintenance team didn't come out to it, but aside from this we loved it
