Coltishall 2 miles. This beautifully-presented, ground floor detached holiday cottage is set in the grounds of the owner's home, close to the popular village of Coltishall. The property offers a perfect base for couples and solo travellers to enjoy this wonderful area of Norfolk with so much to do nearby. Step in to the cottage and you will immediately get a feel for the comfort with its kitchen with a cosy corner sofa (that can open up into a double sofa bed) and patio doors opening to the beautiful sun room overlooking the garden. The sun room is an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee while planning your day or curl up with a good book. There are patio doors from the sun room with a ramp leading down to the back garden and patio area. The comfortable double bedroom and walk-in shower room can be accessed from the living area. Every detail has been taken into account to make this property a fantastic place to stay in this lovely location. There is a hot tub located behind the owners property for sole use of the lodge guests during their stay and bath robes are provided. Centrally located between the historical city centre or Norwich, delightful Norfolk Broads and spectacular Norfolk coastline. The pretty Norfolk Broadland village of Coltishall is known locally as the Gateway to the Broads, where, on Coltishall Common, you can find an array of moored boats sitting along the banks of the River Bure. The banks of the River Bure are the picturesque setting of Coltishall Staithe, a large grassed area enjoying riverside pubs and restaurants, a village store/Post Office and attractive cottages. In summer, both locals and visitors enjoy relaxing picnics, feeding the ducks and playing ball games, while in winter, the local waterfowl enjoy Coltishall Staithes riverside tranquillity.

Jon and Mandy and the kitties were warm and very welcoming they was very helpful and just lovley we have made such fantastic freinds with them nothing was a bother with them , The lodge was spotless and very comfortable it was very homely , the garden and the hot tub was Just superb , what a fantastic place to live it was our best holiday , thank you for the little touches you left in the bedroom and the treats you left for us , we recomend to everyone to stay at the lodge it was just perfect so thank you we canât wait to see you again next year ,we will miss seeing you all x

Excellent sleep in the very comfortable bed, spacious shower room and of course the hot tub is the icing on the cake! Jon and Mandy are the perfect hosts, friendly, welcoming and fun without being "in your face". The only complaint we have is having to come home! We will definitely be returning again
