Guests say

Utopia is consistently praised for its tranquillity, privacy, and attention to detail. Guests are delighted by the luxurious and well-appointed Shepherd's Hut, the beautiful garden, and the thoughtful touches such as welcome treats. The property offers a peaceful escape with comfortable furnishings and is well-located for exploring the surrounding area. The hosts are commended for their friendliness and respect for guest privacy.

Reviewers consistently mention the cleanliness of the accommodation, describing it as immaculate and well-maintained, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

The location is highly regarded for its peacefulness and proximity to local attractions. One suggestion for a sign at the main road indicates excellent seclusion, but a slight need for easier navigation.

Guests rave about the comfort provided by Utopia, highlighting the big comfy bed, the relaxing garden, and the overall peaceful atmosphere that contributes to a comfortable stay.

The facilities are frequently praised for their thoughtfulness and luxury, including a well-equipped kitchen and a wood burner. The only minor omission is a lack of mention of maintenance issues, hence the slightly less than perfect score.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident in the personalised welcome card and welcome pack. While such treats are greatly appreciated by guests, it should be noted that these special touches, although likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

! Immaculate - everything we needed for a short stay - beautiful countryside - isolated and safe spot to relax. The hut had a lovely feel and was warm and cosy with the most comfortable bed - thoroughly recommend!

This lovely, clean shepherd’s hut is packed with all the facilities for a luxury stay… a big comfy bed, sofa, fridge, oven, hob, shower, fluffy towels… but for my husband and I, the best part was being able to have the double doors open onto the private garden and drink coffee in the countryside! Utopia proved to be the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. I hope next time we come, it’ll be cold enough to use the wood burning stove!
