As many people have mentioned, we were so glad to receive such a well stocked welcome hamper, just one of the many thoughtful touches in your lovely cottage! The toiletries provided are also a wonderful addition – the aroma in the rooms is sublime. The cottage is such a great place to return to after a long day’s walk, sitting in the garden enjoying the peace and quiet with a glass of wine! A particularly lovely walk is from the carpark at Beadnell Bay to Football Hole beach- idyllic! And then onto The Ship Inn at Low Newton. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The cottage was all we could have wanted it to be. Well situated, and well furnished with the extras (like the flowers and welcome pack) adding a certain flourish. We have walked and sampled the local eateries and drinking establishments, and have decided we didn’t want to leave. Till next time!

Firstly, Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome basket and the treats for the dog. It was such a lovely welcome after a long and often slow journey. The cottage is amazing with everything you could wish for and more. It is out first time in Northumberland and we’ve been lucky with the glorious weather – we’ve enjoyed our walks on your amazing beaches, eaten lots of crab sandwiches, loved the spectacular scenery, and then coming back here for a G&T in the garden. Perfect. Sad to be leaving. Thank you Andre & Ken.(Recommend boat trip with Billy Shiels – we went on the 2hr puffin cruise and saw dolphins, seals, puffins and more. It was amazing and good information too.)
