Settled into the picturesque seaside town of Seahouses, Northumberland, Coastal Haven is a wonderful refurbished first-floor apartment and is ideal for a family or group of adults. Park off-road and be welcomed into a lovely first-floor apartment, where the sitting/dining area is illuminated by large windows, offering a place to relax with a good book or enjoy a heart-warming meal. The kitchen is full of contemporary amenities and tasteful sage furniture, where any budding chef will simply love to cook. The apartment has three bedrooms, two king-size zip-link beds that can be set up as a twin, and a twin, each with homely colours throughout their décor and easy access to a blue painted bathroom. Head out to explore Seahouses, a wonderful seaside town with a fantastic sandy beach, where you can try out watersports and wild swimming, or simply enjoy a picnic with a view. With many tasty eateries, local shops, a convenience store and even a market, you will be able to enjoy a meal out and sample local produce before heading a little further to explore the wildlife at Annstead Dunes Nature Reserve. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. I donât think the list mentioned hairdryer but there was one in bedroom. Could have done with a clothes airer as nowhere to dry anything. Location was great and as we expected. Some thought should be given as to somewhere to put make up on, dry hair etc but thatâs being picky. Overall everything was good.

We mentioned twice in the office the noisy humming of an extractor fan, heard all evening in lounge, but fortunately not in bedrooms We were told no one else had mentioned this, but even with the radio on we could still hear it We had to go out in the evening to get away from the continuous drumming noise
