We have had the most wonderful week. This cottage is an absolute gem. Immaculate, well equipped and extremely cozy. The beautiful garden and the lovely seating area – we even sat out in the sun in October! Perfect. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.  We have already booked again! Also, it’s very good to find a cottage that is dog free – as those with allergies really appreciate that. Thank you so much!

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Mill Stone. It’s so clean, comfortable, cosy and beautifully kitted out with everything we needed. Lesley and Dennis were wonderful hosts. Thank you for the welcome hamper and flowers. The weather has been very kind to us and we have explored beautiful Northumberland.

What a wonderful stay at The Millstone, we have enjoyed every minute. To sum up, the cottage is perfect in every way. We were so lucky with the weather, there was little rain but 4 days of absolutely lovely sunshine meant we had great use of the garden furniture and what a pretty little sun trap! We have stayed in and around Northumberland many times and love this area. We have used Coquet Cottages before and The Millstone stands out. The host’s Lesley & Dennis are lovely, we will return for sure! Happy holidays everyone!
