Very comfortable and well-equipped. So good to have pubs, ( especially the Bull's Head), the shops and the Dairy Farm within walking distance. Useful not to have to jump in the car all the time. We never fathomed the signal for the phone, but it didn't matter as the WiFi was good. Great situation for catching up with friends and ex colleagues.

As Brits living in the USA and visiting family in Cheshire it was perfectly placed to allow us meet at The Roebuck or Bulls Head for dinner. We also had family for dinner in the cottage and the kitchen and dining arrangements are ideal for this, the kitchen being superbly equipped. We only stayed 4 nights and looking back wish we had booked a longer stay. Thank you Pauline and John for the difuser - it gives off a wonderful aroma and has survived with us through Hurricanes Helene and Milton unlike our roof!
