We had a fabulous time at the cottage. Very comfortable and well presented. Secure garden area for our 2 dogs to use. Great location for exploring the Dales and Lakes and some great walks starting just over the road. The very dog friendly Cross Keys Inn has amazing food and cocktails with very friendly staff. The takeaway pizzas from the pub were great and just a short walk from the cottage. Bring supplies for the first night as there are no local shops in tebay itself (milk tea sugar etc are provided) although the old tebay services was in driving distance with great farm shop food. The neighbours were very friendly too. We will definitely be booking again.
