Guests say

White Stones is a well-received cottage praised for its cleanliness, tranquil location by the sea, and comfortable amenities. Guests enjoyed the modern facilities, the proximity to beaches, and the property's suitability for dogs, though some noted the need for a secure gate. The welcome pack was appreciated, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to the stay.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests noting it as spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The location is highly praised for its tranquility and proximity to the sea and local attractions. The ease of access to beaches and nearby towns like Ulverston and Barrow-In-Furness is appreciated, although some guests advised checking tide times for beach visits.

Guests find the property warm, cozy, and comfortable, with a modern homely feel. However, some guests mentioned the lack of a toilet upstairs and issues with the bed comfort, slightly affecting the overall comfort score.

While the facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the bath and shower, several maintenance issues such as door locks, wine cooler, and drainage problems have been reported. These issues indicate room for improvement in this category.

There are positive comments about a welcome pack, which suggests thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not consistently mentioned across the reviews, it is not possible to accurately score this category. It should be noted that while some guests received a welcome pack, this is not guaranteed for all stays.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable snd well appointed. It had everything we needed, including a lovely welcome pack with biscuits, teabags snd some shower get shampoo and soap. We could see the bay from the house and it was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There was something magical about the lights over the bay, even when raining! Great stay, will be back .Thank you

You wouldnt want for anything else. Only criticism is the mattress on the 1st floor room is past its best and needs changing (Springs have gone in the middle). Other than that, fantastic place to stay and look forward to booking in the future.
