Upon entering, the well designed open plan living room provides comfy sofas to sink into, doors to the wrap around patio and a well fitted kitchen diner with everything you could need whether that be cooking up a delicious homemade bite to eat, chatting round the dinner table or spreading onto the patio for a dip in the irresistible hot tub.

After sunset, the cosy bedrooms will offer a good night sleep followed by a leisurely morning shower to start the day. Kids will love the neatly designed cupboards to keep their toys safe.

Nearby Warton provides a handy place to stop off for groceries and a quick drink at The Plough whilst Lytham St Annes on the coast is where families will enjoy plenty of attractions such as golf, coast path walks and the popular St Anne’s Pier.
