Enjoy the lovely setting of this Bell Tent in the country side surrounded by acres of countryside. 20 mins drive from Blackpool and Lancaster. Close to beautiful local pubs and walks. Situated just off the river Wyre and 10 mins walk from Wardley's creek for stunning sunsets this is your spot. Bring your dog or holiday with your horse. 10 mins drive from pilling sands for beach front walks and the beautiful village of Knott End for local shops, cafes, takeaways & restaurants.

The space

The tent is currently set up for 2 guests as it has a 4 poster king size bed inside. a single mattress and a cot bed can be arranged. if you need two singles and a smaller double please see our sister tent The Beatrice Bell. Tent Shower and toilet block full wet room fully tilled and high standard on site. Hot tub also on site for shared use, under cover.

Please note;

We do have other dogs on the premises so please state on your booking if you dog I nervous or any guests do not like being approached by dogs so we can make amendments.

The shower facilities are coin operated

The HOT TUB is shared with one other tent only so there is not normally a need to book this unless you specifically need and want a specific time slot to fit in with your plans.

There are secure areas to let your dogs run free where they cannot get out or be bothered by other animals.

Family live on site and this is a working farm with sheep, horses, cats dogs and children so although normally very quiet there may be work happening around and safety is important so please be vigilant and ensure dogs and children are within eye sight at all times.

Set in 10 acres of land. surrounded by horses, sheep and wildlife. Very quiet secluded country side with beautiful country lanes and local Wardley's Creek. Award winning venues within walking distance for eating out including Brick House cottages.

Guest access

Access to the grounds, be aware we are a working yard with horses dogs and sheep and there for vigilance must be used as horses can be unpredictable, Please do not enter in the paddocks with the horses and close any gates behind you.

Other things to note

Rural setting with a beautiful Bistro yards from the property with a lovely menu licenced bar and weekly activities. Tea rooms situated opposite the site for lovely afternoon tea in a beautiful converted barn with hand crafted oak décor. Excellent walks and bike ride that line the river Wyre and miles of country lanes to explore.
