The property is only a short walk from the beautiful village of Delph where you can take part in the famous Delph Duck Race, and then sample one of the 1200 different gins at the Bell Inn. Had everything we needed. Location is amazing next to a large super market which also has an electric car charger (7kw) and another car park 1 min away has a rapid charger. 5 min drive you are in the country side with amazing walks and amazing views and 25 mins and you are in the centre of Manchester. The property is very pet friendly, twin bedroom on top floor with large bathroom and double bedroom on lower floor with en-suite just off the kitchen with a very comfortable bed. The lounge and dining area is on the middle floor where you walk in off the road. Double glazing so road noise is blocked out. Internet works very well and quick. I would highly recommend staying at 21 Chew valley Road

My only wish would be that they improved the outside space. They offer outside furniture but itâs not an inviting area to sit. Some live plants would help. If visitors are asked to put out bins Iâm sure they would be happy to water mid week if weather required it so.

Plenty of space, very clean. Lots of little extras provided; make up remover, cotton wool, toiletries, coffee and tea sachets, biscuits and a nice little welcome card and bag with doggie poo bags etc. Owner was very responsive with the couple of minor issues we had and lives nearby so came round and fixed. Very nice and friendly. Comfy sofa, comfy bed, 2 loos and showers. Nothing was missing and we had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely book again. Tescos nearby very handy and lots of walks with all info provided in the welcome book made by the owners. Couldn't fault the place.
