Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee and entertainment. Everything we needed for a 4-week stay and Jane was very accommodating. Great for two people. Directions could make it clearer that you enter the property on the back side, down 3 steps, not the front by the park. The road is Hartington, not Harrington.

Overlooking the gardens and near to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Hopefully we will return in the not to distant future.

I think the reference to there being a gas fire in the lounge should be deleted since the 2024 gas inspection certificate found in the flat clearly stated that the fire was inoperable and that spare parts were obsolete. Otherwise a lovely stay.
