Guests say

Guests consistently praise the spaciousness, stunning views, and high-quality furnishings of Bwthyn Y Bugail. The hot tub, games room, and child-friendly play area are frequently highlighted as highlights. The property's cleanliness, comfort, and facilities receive commendations, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay for families and large groups.

The property is generally described as clean and well-presented, with several guests noting its immaculate condition. However, a few guests mentioned areas where cleaning could be improved, such as under sofas and on top of wardrobes.

The location is celebrated for its beautiful views and peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing break. Some guests noted the remoteness and the need to drive to local amenities, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

The comfort of the property is highly rated, with guests appreciating the large, comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, and cosy living areas. The underfloor heating and log burner add to the overall comfort.

Facilities like the hot tub and games room are well-received, with guests finding them to be excellent additions to their stay. Some minor maintenance issues were mentioned, but the owner's responsiveness to these concerns is noted positively.

While guests have mentioned a welcome box and the provision of robes, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Kids with additional needs and on spectrum. My son will not go anywhere and when we arrived he was so with drawn and I was worried made wrong choice however few hours in he was in games room playing darts the barn is massive he had his space to relax and the other kids absolutely loved it. The adults made the most out of the nights there the hot tub was amazing Huw was great he swung by checked the filters and if we needed anything there was a small blip with the oven and was sorted straight away. The cottage is lovely waking up to the sheep is lovely. The drive into the town was lovely and locals are lovely and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone honestly best holiday we’ve had. It is very spacious- large rooms and the en-suite bathrooms were a big bonus. Views from the patio are lovely and the dark sky meant we could stargaze in the evening. Would definitely recommend this property to any large group.
