Sussex seaside house with stunning coastal views. Stay in this wonderful Seaford holiday home and you can explore the Sussex coastline and the South Downs. Just stepping out of the front door puts you on the beach!

The Beach House is perfectly named - right on the seafront with breathtaking views of the beach and sea - wake up to the view, sit out on your decking and soak up the sea air and relax. Saunter along the beach to the centre of this small friendly seaside town for a variety of restaurants, pubs, bistros and supermarket shopping. Seaford is just a short drive - or bus ride - along the coast road from cosmopolitan Brighton or try Eastbourne for a fun day out. Drusillas Park is close by too and for the more energetic - cliffs rise from the town to Seaford Head for fabulous cliff top walks towards Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters Country Park. If you tire of the two mile long beach, just five hundred yards along the road is a huge sports park with tennis courts, basketball court, skateboard track, rugby field, children's play area and a friendly cafe - just book and play! Sitting/Dining Room  has the bonus of a huge picture window with stunning direct sea views - so is light, airy and spacious. To one end is a glass dining table and four chairs, and in the seating area a four seater sofa, armchair and nest of tables. There is a decorative fireplace housing an electric "log effect" fire and a 42" HD TV with sky package and a separate DVD player. Door leads directly out onto the decking and patio with garden furniture

Bedroom 1 is to the front of the house and enjoys the same amazing views. It has a double bed with quality cotton bedding, bedside cabinets and capacious built-in mirrored wardrobes

Bedroom 2 is to the rear and has twin beds with the same high quality bedlinen, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe
