Ground Floor:

Sitting Room is carpeted and has the original fireplace - now with cosy gas fire. There is a very comfortable two seater sofa and two armchairs, a glass display cabinet and a flat screen TV/DVD with freeview. Two steps up to small landing where steep original brickwork stairs lead down to.....

TV/Games Room with laminate flooring, sofa and TV/DVD- the TV also plays music and video via a USB, so iPods may be used here too, bookcase containing board games etc

Dining Room again carpeted, has a gate-leg table and four chairs, chest of drawers storing tablecloths, coasters etc., and a side table

Kitchen with tiled floor is beautifully fitted and includes an electric oven, halogen hob with extractor hood, integral fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer and a mini-butchers block

Notes: Only access to bathroom is through bedroom 2.
