Dogs will enjoy roaming the dunes while children will enjoy making the most of the beach s safe swimming spots during the summer. Three miles away the ancient seaside town of Rye boasts a selection of independent pubs restaurants cafes and shops which offer freshly caught seafood and collectable antiques. On the ground floor is a large store cupboard the perfect place to keep your beach equipment in summer and coats and boats in winter. Here you will also find the washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer if you re entertaining. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor is the spacious lounge with large French windows opening onto a balcony this is an airy space to relax all year round and enjoy a DVD or play one of the board games available in the property after a meal at the round table. Towards the rear of this room is the contemporary kitchen which has a microwave fridge dishwasher oven toaster and kettle. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom which is perfect for children as it is stocked with plenty of toys and books. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath with WC on this floor. On the third floor you will find the king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC furniture full-length mirror and French windows out to a balcony area with two chairs. French windows open from the lounge to a decked area with outdoor dining table and seating for six perfect for a summer BBQ overlooking the dunes. The ground floor bedroom has a patio with picnic table and BBQ. From the master bedroom guests can step out to a small balcony with two chairs for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
