Welcome to Park Farm Holidays! Our Bell and Emperor Tents, Shepherd's Hut and Touring Caravan are all located on private land in the heart of Minstead. Whether you enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding, or want a restful break, our glamping is ideally placed to get the most out of the New Forest.

Our tents have double beds, 3-seater sofas, towels, coffee tables, several storage boxes, Anevay wood-burning stoves and an onsite electricity supply. Our Shepherd's Hut has a double bed, heating, kitchenware and an outdoor decking area. Our Bailey Unicorn touring caravan is fully equipped with all mod-cons and central heating. Enjoy a fixed double bed and a separate bathroom with a good size shower (constant water supply). Nearly 8 m in length, this caravan is very spacious for two. A portable toilet is provided inside the caravan (limited capacity) - but we strongly encourage guests to use the toilet block as much as possible. NB Seasonal location changes.

A strong 4G signal in the area is suitable for mobile hotspots.

Towels, bed linen, pillows and 3 in 1 duvet are provided. All come with outdoor furniture, a fire pit/BBQ, an electric grill and BBQ utensils. Free parking close to the tents/hut/caravan. There are serviced toilets (~35-90 m/1-2 mins walk) and showers onsite (~77-188m/3-4 mins walk, depending on tent/hut/caravan location).

pets: We are big animal lovers and welcome well-behaved pets. Due to the other animals (horses, ducks, other dogs etc.), all dogs/pets must be kept on leads. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pet charges apply.

firewood: Wood for the Anevay Woodburning Stove is ten pounds per basket. Fire pit wood is ten pounds per bin (last for approx. 2 days). NB Firepit usage is subject to New Forest Park Authority fire and BBQ bans.

We are a small independent holiday glamping business offering a variety of accommodations on private land. I manage the bookings and can assist with any booking enquiries. caravan summer bookings: Caravan will be located in private field.

Caravan winter bookings: Caravan will be located in garden behind Park Farm House.

The village shop and local pub: 8 mins walk, Lyndhurst: 10 min drive. A convenient 5 mins drive from the A31.

Minstead is a small village and civil parish in the New Forest, Hampshire, about 2 miles (3.2 km) north of Lyndhurst. It's quiet but friendly. There is a shop and a pub, the Trusty Servant. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's grave is under a large tree at the back of the 13th-century All Saints church.

There are many good walking routes directly from Minstead or a short drive away. There are some useful guides on Komoot com. It is also possible to hire bikes in Lyndhurst. You will find plenty of lovely New Forest pubs nearby; the Trusty Servant is the closest. But the Green Dragon and Sir Walter Tyrell are a short drive/cycle away.
