Enjoyed the space and views, weather was kind to us considering October. We had an issue with the toaster, tripping the contact breaker, quick message to the wonderful Liz, and a brand new 4 slice one appeared. We were alittle concerned about the mould and what we thought was damp in the cloakroom, only to discover this was infact caused by a leak from the bathroom on our last morning, the ceiling was black with mould and must have been a long-term leak. The condition of that ceiling was not an overnight thing and shocked us. We were also annoyed on the state of the garden, a jungle at the rear and just untidy at the front, upon reading through other reviews this had already been recorded. Did not spoil our hols as we spent no time in the garden. We advise by mid week work had commenced in the rear garden.

and the weather was amazing, warm and sunny every day. The beds were comfortable and the sitting room was large and spacious with good views of the town and coastline. The kitchen was well equipped with a very good cooker. The only disappointing thing was the garden seemed neglected with weeds growing round the house and the lawn uncut.

We were disappointed that having said we were bringing children with us the garden both front and back was inaccessable due to the grass and bushes being overgrown and in need of maintenance so we could'nt bbq Also the tv was mostly pixelated on most channels which also made it quite difficult with children with special needs for the price we paid we feel this could have been rectified with a different system cable or the like we loved the property and all the space it provided and its central location the housekeeper was very helpful also sadly because of the above issues we are booking a different property for our annual 2 weeks to this wonderful island
