Join loved ones in the bright and spacious dining room, and indulge in a hearty home-cooked feast as you crack open a bottle of wine and raise a glass to making new happy memories on this unforgettable adventure. During the summer months, be sure to continue the evening’s festivities out in the garden, with drinks on the decking, or retreat indoors to the homely sitting room and turn on the coal effect fire. A handy utility room can be found off the hall, which boasts a washing machine, and tumble dryer to refresh your sand-filled clothes following an exciting day down by the beach, which is just 250 metres away. Moving through the property, you will discover a spacious family bathroom and three delightful ground-floor bedrooms, made up of two super-kings and a bunk. The first floor plays host to a colourful blue shower room serving an additiona super-king bedroom. Two of the super kings can be

transformed into twins offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. A secret doorway leads to a vast attic space for adults and children to chill – bring your favourite toys and games. With endless sandy shores, stunning clifftop walks and cycling routes right on your doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice with so much to explore throughout your stay. Spend an afternoon in Sandham Gardens, or soaking up the sunshine on Sandown Beach. Visit the Dinosaur Isle Museum and meet exotic creatures at the Isle of Wight Zoo, before grabbing a delicious bite to eat down at one of the many local restaurants and enjoying a moonlit walk along the Parade. See the National Trust-owned Bembridge Fort and Downs, or Culver and Steynewood High Angle Battery. Spot St Helens Fort from Bembridge Harbour, or swing from the treetops with Goldleaf Tree Climbing. Head to Shanklin for a round of Mini Golf and a tasty cup of tea at St Helens Fort, or continue along the coast to Devil's Chimney and Ventnor downs for an unbelievable day of hiking. Travel inland to the Model Village at Godshill, or see the remains of Roman Villa, over in Newport.
