We turned up hot and worn out, there was tea and coffee but no milk, so couldn't make a cup of tea.

We loved that it was a short walk to Brading Marsh where we were lucky to see the eagles and the arrival of hundreds of swifts, house martens and swallows.

It is also well located, i.e. close by the quiet beach of St Helens where there is some aqua sports to hire.Would certainly return and recommend it.
