For those looking to venture slightly further afield the nearby town of Rye offers a chance to explore the many antique shops or take a trip to Camber Sands to enjoy a day at the seaside relaxing on the seven miles of sandy beach. Enter the cottage via the patio doors which look out onto your private landscaped patio area and into the light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. Enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofa with a good book or catch up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice box, and is perfect for creating romantic meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed, ample cupboard space for all your belongings and its own separate Smart TV. The property is completed with an en suite shower room that has a walk in shower and WC. Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs, the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor dining, and by arrangement with the owner, guests can enjoy a game of tennis on the tennis court. (please bring your own racquets) There is a separate utility room located in the side of the garage and is shared with the adjoining cottage, with a washing machine and an electrically heated clothes horse for drying.
