The wing, houses two double rooms and a large family bathroom, and the main part of the house, with its southern exposures, offers three more rooms and a shower room. Those wanting a bit of space will enjoy the ground floor self-contained bedroom / den and bathroom hidden away from the main part of the house and even has its own front door!
This fairy tale home provides endless space for a gathering, with more than three receptions rooms, including the striking dining room that flows effortlessly into the beautifully designed kitchen. Perfect for that special dining occasion.
Accommodation
The Oaks: sleeps (12 + 2) in 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3/4 reception rooms, open fire, ample parking, extensive grounds, wonderful for children including garden climbing frame.
Ground Floor

Hall / TV large reception room, sofa seating for 8 to 10 guests. Large screen TV, selection of children’s toys, board games.
Boot room / Cloakroom, - access through to independent Den.
Bedroom 1 is the Den – (sleeps 2) with two sofas, one is the double sofa bed topped with a feather-bed mattress topper. TV
Shower room – located just between the Den and Boot room.
Bespoke kitchen, beautifully fitted with range cooker, rustic island, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the essentials for your stay. The washing machine is located upstairs. Double doors open to the dining room.
Dining room, a large grand entertainment space with a full length antique mahogany table and spare table that will accommodate all 14 guests, decorative fireplace.
Drawing room, grand double aspect windows, an open fire, seating for 10/12. Board games and Bose iPod/ iPhone sound dock speakers available for guests' use.

Double / Twin room (sleeps 2) King size double bed, can be made up as a twin on request and topped with a feather-bed mattress topper.

Eleven ladies from a Book Group, rented this beautiful Georgian house on the edge of Faversham. We were not easy to fit in as each woman wanted a bed to her self but the delightful housekeeper accommodated us really well. The house was as advertised, even better. It was warm throughout with lots of dry logs cut for us just in case we wanted to light a fire.The beds and bedding were perfect, as was all towels provided, and lovely pump-action soap in each toilet/bathroom.When we had a small problem with a door that had stuck, a phone call to the housekeeper is all it took for a gentleman to come, complete with tools to sort the door out!A very nice "extra" was a hamper with lots of basics in: butter, eggs, bacon, milk etc. We had not experienced this kindness before, and we have rented many places.We all agreed that we instantly felt very much at home and would love to return in the future.

The cottage was brilliant, great size and fab gardens. But there were a few little niggles that we wrote down on the feedback form and left on the last day – ladybirds in master bedroom, toilets not flushing properly, weak showers, dirty mugs and really bad wifi. But we had a lovely time, it just could have been a bit easier.
