Eleven ladies from a Book Group, rented this beautiful Georgian house on the edge of Faversham. We were not easy to fit in as each woman wanted a bed to her self but the delightful housekeeper accommodated us really well. The house was as advertised, even better. It was warm throughout with lots of dry logs cut for us just in case we wanted to light a fire. The beds and bedding were perfect, as was all towels provided, and lovely pump-action soap in each toilet/bathroom.When we had a small problem with a door that had stuck, a phone call to the housekeeper is all it took for a gentleman to come, complete with tools to sort the door out!A very nice "extra" was a hamper with lots of basics in: butter, eggs, bacon, milk etc. We had not experienced this kindness before, and we have rented many places. We all agreed that we instantly felt very much at home and would love to return in the future.

The cottage was brilliant, great size and fab gardens. But there were a few little niggles that we wrote down on the feedback form and left on the last day – ladybirds in master bedroom, toilets not flushing properly, weak showers, dirty mugs and really bad wifi. But we had a lovely time, it just could have been a bit easier.
