The Quays is a combination of two properties interlocking with an internal door. Quay House is the larger of the two sleeping 14 and Quay Corner sleeps 10. Quay House has a well equipped kitchen with dining table seating 16. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and television with Virgin Media package. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with jack and jill en-suite shower room that leads to the entrance hall. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a super king size four poster bed and en-suite shower room. A second bedroom with king size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room with two 3' single beds. On the second floor there two further bedrooms, a family bedroom with a king size bed and two 3' single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Also on the second floor a twin room with two 3' singles. In Quay Corner there is also a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room seating ten sitting room which can comfortably seat ten. The bedrooms are spilt over the first and second floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms one of which is en-suite and a third bedroom with two 3' singles and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower wet room. On the second floor there is a twin room with two 3' single beds and a double bedroom.

The famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline and the stunning New Forest National Park are nearby, as are the popular towns of Bournemouth and Poole so there is plenty to enjoy and explore.
