.For anyone in search of the ultimate beach break, Crantock is a one-of-a-kind holiday destination. Its traditional village setting means guests can experience a more laid-back atmosphere, while being so close to Newquay means everything it has to offer is right on the doorstep.

Beachview Apartment 4 is ideally suited to couples and small families. There’s a lovely open plan living area which has doors leading out to a furnished balcony, and from here you’ll have fantastic views over the sea as well as Crantock Beach which lies a few minutes’ walk away. Underfloor heating keeps this apartment warm in the cooler weather and there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with its own en-suite and one with with zip and link beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Two contemporary bathrooms means there’s plenty of space for four guests, and the kitchen has a good range of appliances and utensils so that you are able to cook and entertain during your stay.

Of course, coastal adventures are all about being outdoors, so Beachview has a brilliant, shared garden with tables and seating for picnics in the sunshine. The area has an astroturf lawn which is ideal for ballgames or for letting the kids blow off some steam, before heading down to the beach for more fun on the sand and in the surf.

This first floor apartment is accessed up a flight of stairs. There is no lift within the building

This room is open plan with the dining area and kitchen and has two sofas, as well as a flat screen Smart TV (Freeview). Doors lead out to the furnished balcony which has excellent views Crantock Beach and the sea

The balcony is accessed through doors leading out from the living area with glass balustrade and wonderful sea views of Crantock Beach
