Guests have praised the holiday rental for its excellent location, stylish decor, and comfortable furnishings. The property boasts stunning views, particularly from the balcony with a hot tub. While some guests encountered minor maintenance issues and cleanliness oversights, the quick resolution of problems and the personal touches provided by the host were appreciated. The central position in Falmouth and proximity to local amenities were consistently highlighted as key benefits.
Most guests found the property clean and comfortable. However, a few mentioned the need for a deeper clean between stays, with some reports of leftover rubbish and food remains. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than the norm.
The location is highly praised for its centrality and convenience, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and beautiful views of the harbour. The proximity to a social club was noted for occasional noise, but this did not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.
Guests have commented on the comfortable beds and furnishings, and the welcoming atmosphere of the property. Some guests mentioned the property being too warm and the noise when windows are open, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.
The property is well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a hot tub being a highlight. Some guests struggled with appliance usage due to a lack of instructions, and there were occasional maintenance issues, but these were generally resolved promptly.
The host's thoughtfulness is evident through personal touches like welcome gifts and a pre-arrival call. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such amenities are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The hot tub was lovely and warm and welcomed after a long day Location was excellent bakery on your doorstep and all transport and shops For my family, I would like to have a stair gate as I have a toddler but cot and highchair was provided and nothing seemed a problem.
