Enjoy the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on foot or bike, or soak up the sun and take in beautiful views along the coastline before resting up in this wonderful, welcoming retreat.

Place your walking boots and flip-flops in the boot room as you enter the property and head into the open-plan lounge/diner. Enjoy eating meals at the dining table before cosying up on the sofas and watching movies on the Smart TV. The owners have also provided a Nintendo Wii for guests to play. Cook up tasty meals in the practical kitchen, and a handy study is provided as well, should you need to catch up on some work. A king-size bedroom with lovely garden views and a shower room are also situated on the ground floor. Upstairs are the two further bedrooms, a king-size with further views, a twin bedroom, and a contemporary family bathroom. Heading through the patio doors from the lounge/diner, you will find a spacious, enclosed garden which has a patio area with seating, great for dining alfresco, and a lawn lined with shrubs and trees.

Set on the river with the same name, the town of Fowey has a range of shops and eateries and a pretty harbour with lovely waterside views. You can take to the water here too, and enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, and kayaking. The beach at Readymoney Cove is 1 mile away and is a lovely sheltered and sandy shoreline, a perfect spot for a picnic.
