Getting to the Eden Project

Travelling by car to Eden Project
The Eden Project is just outside St. Austell on the south coast of mid-Cornwall and is well signposted from the A30 from Exter and the A391/390 from Plymouth. If you’re coming from outside Cornwall, take the M5 southbound to Exeter, where the motorway splits. Take the A30 and exit at the Innis Downs junction (A391), then take the signs for Eden.
Travelling by train to Eden Project
The Eden Project would love for you to travel by public transport, so much that they’ll offer you a reduced entry when you arrive.
If you’re travelling by train, there are three stations nearby. St. Austell railway station is four miles away from the project. From there, it’s a 40-minute bus ride or 14 minutes by taxi (if you’re not going for the discount). Luxulyan railway station is two miles from the project and a 20-minute bus ride or six minutes by taxi. Bulge railway station is five miles from the project and one hour and 15 minutes by bus or 11 minutes by taxi.

If travelling by bus, the 101 stops at the Eden Project. The route runs from St. Austell to Luxulyan.
