There is an elevated rear garden, perfect for dining al fresco in the warm summer evenings, and the property also benefits from views towards the Fowey River and of the National Trust woodland between Polruan and Bodinnick.

    We have stayed in this row of houses many times over the years but this was a first time for us in this property. The position of the house is perfect for the nearby car park, car ferry and for exploring the town. There are lovely walks both sides of the water and plenty of places nearby to visit by car. On this trip we parked up and walked everywhere, swam daily at Readymoney and ate out in the pubs and restaurants in town. The house is spacious, comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a coffee machine and milk frother which was great!

    This is the second time we have stayed: the location is amazing. The house is well equipped and warm. Lashings of hot water lovely towels and comfortable beds. Walking distance to town and easy unloading and parking nearby. Parking for week £44.00

    Mostly bare floorboards, and cheap furnishings, adding a claim to have a vi-spring matress didn't make up for the poor quality bedding.
