Up the stairs, you are greeted by a decked area offering seating for up to four guests, a charcoal barbecue for your use and views over to your own private hot tub. From your very own front door, you'll be greeted by scenic southwest-facing views of the pond and the serene countryside. As you enter the open-plan living area, you'll find a welcoming dining space accommodating up to four guests, a spacious leather sofa, a Smart television, and a radio for your enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essential amenities, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The lodge comprises two cosy bedrooms. Bedroom one features a double bed, while bedroom two provides a twin room, both offering convenient access to the family shower room which includes a spacious shower, a wash basin, a WC, and a heated towel rail.

Tucked in proximity to the ancient marvel of Bodmin Moor, Ta Mill House finds itself embraced by standing stones, charming streams, lush woodland, and serene lakes.
