This high quality beachside apartment has magnificient views from the balcony and is in a great location with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the South West Coast Path.

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

Important notes: No smoking, no pets, Please Note: Adult supervision on the balcony area at all times. The apartment overlooks the Boscarn Pub's beer garden, which can be busy during the daytime. The Boscarn Pub has a night club licence on Friday and Saturday evenings and although it is soundproofed, guests may hear varying levels of noise from music and from customers using the pub.

    Lovely comfortable spacious property and a great location. Yes the car parking space was tight but this made us all the more determined not to use the car for our entire stay - which we achieved. Looking forward to returning

    Parking is really really tight, and I mean REALLY tight even for a average car - VW Golf. Apartment is comfortable but does need some TLC as parts look tired. Location is fabulous overlooking the beach with a lovely balcony, very clean and we had everything we needed.
