This retreat for two sits amongst 34 acres of glorious Cornish countryside, providing you with endless opportunities for morning walks and sunset strolls. Cornwall’s south coast is just over 5 miles away, and you’ll be close to the thriving seaside town of Looe and the picturesque village of Polperro. In the evenings, share a bottle of wine in the pretty, walled garden, or snuggle up in front of the wood burner in the lounge.
The barn has been lovingly converted into a stylish holiday home, with elegant interiors and luxurious touches throughout. Unwind in the fabulous lounge, where sumptuous seating is arranged around a Smart TV and a roaring wood burner. A couple of steps lead to the light and bright kitchen/diner, which has everything you need for a self-catering break and a wooden dining table for enjoying romantic dinners together. Upstairs, on a mezzanine floor, is an inviting king-size bedroom with an impressive vaulted ceiling. An en-suite shower room completes the accommodation. Outside, a suntrap, enclosed garden awaits, with furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub, 34 acres of shared grounds, and secure fields for dog walking.
There are some beautiful towns and villages to explore nearby, including the picturesque fishing port of Polperro (5.5 miles). With its cute cottages and turquoise waters, the village is a paradise for photographers and artists. The South West Coast Path passes through the village, leading to the idyllic beaches of Talland Bay and Lantic Bay. The traditional seaside town of Looe is 5.5 miles away and has an excellent array of independent eateries, as well as a sandy beach and busy fishing port. From the harbour, you can book fishing trips or join a wildlife-watching excursion to Looe Island.

We stayed here over Xmas and found the cottage to be perfectly clean, warm and very well equipped. Hairdryer, bath robes even a slow cooker are included. Perfect for our two dogs as well, with bowls and towels provided for them along with some treats. Loved our stay, thank you.

We stayed at Honey Pot Cottage. An absolutely gorgeous cosy cottage for 2 plus our little doggie. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the essentials that you could need. In the living area was a comfy sofa and log burner with smart tv. Upstairs a spacious bedroom with en-suite. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows and quality bedding. The outside area did not disappoint either. There were 2 enclosed fields to safely let the dog off lead for a good run around. Also a lovely garden to have a stroll around and a woodland walk. Will definitely stay there again.
