This is a brand new Willerby-Grasmere 2022 caravan set on Parkdean Lizard Point Holiday Park, minutes away from England's most southerly point.

On entry you will find a brand new fitted kitchen, well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, gas cooker and hob, kettle, toaster and microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and washing up liquid.

There is also a dining table with bench to enjoy your meals.

On your left you can see a spacious living room with a corner sofa that turns into another bed for guests needing an 8 berth. There is a 32 inch TV to watch your favourite programmes.

Master bedroom is a double bedroom with a very spacious wardrobe and a wall mirror.

2 twins room with storage wardrobe and power points each with USB point.

Bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Also separate toilet and wash basin.

There is also an iron and full size ironing bed and a clothes airer.

Entertainment passes are not included but are obtainable from reception for a fee.
