This spacious farmhouse is a holiday home to savour, perfect for family retreats and get-togethers. Walk through the spacious hallway to find yourself within the traditional style kitchen, an ideal space to cook up a feast for the party. From here, enter into the very generous sized, refined sitting room area with a decorative fireplace, comfortable seating and views out to the lovely, sizeable garden. All open-plan, the conservatory features a cosy and peaceful seating area with that warm and characterful ambiance continued; the ideal spot for a morning coffee or for those who like to sit down with a book and take in their surroundings. The beautiful and rustic style dining area looks out over the garden and leads into a separate snug area, a great space for younger guests to play and enjoy the selection of games and books provided. Just off from the kitchen, you will find a useful utility area.

Upstairs are four attractively furnished bedrooms and a large family bathroom. The stunning master bedroom suite boasts its own en-suite shower room and private snug area leading to a balcony with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a refreshing morning coffee or an evening tipple whilst watching the sunset. Bedroom two also benefits from an en-suite shower room; the third bedroom provides bunk-beds for the children; and finally a twin bedroom.

The enclosed garden area is accessed either from a side pathway around the house, or from the large patio doors in the living area. Step out and enjoy the very well-kept and enchanting garden, a lovely area to play some afternoon games on a sunny day. Relax in the hanging swing chair or sit back on the patio furniture and enjoy an afternoon barbecue with family and friends, the covered seating area is perfect for shading from the midday sun. Most importantly, why not unwind after a busy day of activities and adventures in your own private hot tub!
