The property is well-equipped, and the owners are commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. The garden is secure for pets, and the welcome packs are a delightful touch.

Reviews frequently mention the property being clean and well-maintained, suggesting high standards of cleanliness that contribute positively to the guests' experience.

The property's location is generally praised for its proximity to Mevagissey and local attractions. However, some guests note the challenge of the steep hill and narrow roads, which slightly impacts the score.

The owners are extremely thoughtful and are very friendly, when we saw them they asked if we were OK, and had everything we needed, which we did. The only negative, both of the beds we found uncomfortable so we didn't get a great night's sleep, (maybe the mattresses need renewing, or are new). It is extremely cosy of an evening, now that the nights are drawing in, we would have loved to have used the log burner, but (unfortunately) it was still too warm to use it. Lots of crockery and cutlery with plenty of choice of utensils and pans. There were cobwebs around the lights and windows, so maybe the cleaning team need to be more aware of this, when turning the property round for the next set of holiday makers. Otherwise, the property was clean and sufficient for our needs. I would certainly recommend Nectan.

Really appreciated the welcome touches left for us on arrival especially the beautiful flowers and wine. Great place to base yourself to discover Cornwall.
