The cottage was Cosy, Clean and Warm. It was very well equipped, with all the utensils more than enough for two people. Essential Foods were supplied as a welcome pack, eg Milk, Eggs to tie you over for the first night in case you hadn't brought any with you. A lovely touch!Tash, the owner was on hand to greet you. Very friendly and helpful. The cottage was fairly remote and quiet, yet north and south Cornwall coasts were easily accessed. A very beautiful corner of Cornwall! We loved the holiday and hope to return in the near future. We would recommend a visit to The Old Wash House!!+

We absolutely love the old wash house - it was our second visit and we'll be back! It's perfect for us and has everything we need. We think winter is a good time to go because you get to appreciate the heated floors, enjoy the fire while having cheese and wine, and have relaxing long baths after walking in the countryside. Dishwasher is an absolute bonus! We had beautiful yellow tulips in a vase when we arrived. We love the friendly farm cats too - We named them lovely little black cat, big black cat, all black cat, mute black cat and gentle white cat ❤️ It was a pleasure!
