Guests say

Atlantis is a well-received apartment in St. Ives, praised for its prime location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like welcome treats and the inclusion of a spa pass. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The majority of guests found the apartment to be exceptionally clean and tidy, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a few mentioned minor issues such as mould in the bathroom and a need for regrouting, slightly affecting the score.

The apartment's location is highly praised for its proximity to the town centre, beaches, and transport links. The convenience and desirability of the location contribute to a high score in this category.

Guests generally found the apartment comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the beds and living room furniture. Some concerns about the comfort of specific furniture items and the warmth of the shower slightly lower the score.

Facilities are well-regarded, with guests enjoying the range of entertainment options and kitchen appliances. However, reports of maintenance issues such as broken shower seals, Wi-Fi problems, and limited kitchen storage space impact the score.

Guests frequently mention and appreciate the thoughtful extras provided, such as welcome snacks, toiletries, and coffee pods. While these gestures are warmly received, it is noted that such amenities are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

We will be returning! Only one bit of feedback, the wi fi was really poor and given the importance of having internet access I’d recommend upgrading the wi fi to a speed that will actually load apps and internet pages. Other than that, absolutely loved it.

The owners have thought of everything that may be needed for a family holiday. We loved the location and being able to easily walk into town/ walk to the beach/get the train. An added bonus of a car parking spot, although it was tight with an estate car. Overall we’d recommend and would love to return.
