    ideal location and well laid out and quiet.

    Perfectly located right in the middle of St Ives, my wife is registered disabled so walks with a stick & we were able to explore the whole town during our weeks stay. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

    Quite tired and dated in living area and kitchen, but the bedrooms and bathroom had been refurbished and okay. Small overall for a family. Noise from the above apartment was intrusive due to footfall, cupboards and doors on hardwood floors and also frequently barking dog next door. Would not return I’m afraid.
