Guests say

Guests have had a generally positive experience at Ithaca, praising its spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern amenities. The property's location in St Ives is appreciated for its convenience to the beach and town. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of certain supplies were noted, the thoughtful touches and customer service received high commendation.

The majority of guests found the apartment to be very clean, with only a few isolated reports of cleanliness issues such as patio cleanliness and under-furniture dust. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is consistently praised for its proximity to the beach and town, with guests finding it convenient and ideal for exploring St Ives and surrounding attractions.

Guests have found the apartment comfortable, with special mentions of luxurious beds and bedding. Some guests noted firm mattresses and issues with air conditioning, but these comments were relatively few.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, including the kitchen and entertainment systems. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as problems with the hob, air conditioning, and the lift, which suggests room for improvement.

Guests have noted and appreciated the thoughtful touches like welcome gifts and toiletries. However, as these are not consistently mentioned by all reviewers, it is politely noted that such extras, while delightful, may not be guaranteed.

We loved spending time at Ithaca, it was perfect for us and two children. The two rooms upstairs are huge and all beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The sitting room was lovely and bright with beautiful views from the balcony. We would highly recommend!

The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. It was spacious clean. The only thing we found disappointing was on arrival there was not a welcome pack every other place we have stayed we always had something. Also there was no hand wash in the bathrooms/ kitchen and no washing up liquid available. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
