Very comfortable. Just one point- temperature of water in shower needs regulating. Far too hot and difficult to adjust.

Everything is just as the photos, really lovely, clean and modern with lots of little touches that make it feel homely but still with the feeling of a holiday house near the sea. We found it had everything we were looking for at a reasonable price. The garden is peaceful and quiet and lovely to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine. You do need a car but everything is within easy reach and a short drive away. We found Trelights a good location in the middle of and not far at all from the popular spots that we visited , Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock , ferry to Padstow. We enjoyed walking down to the pretty little cove of Port Quin which was a lovely 20 min countryside walk from the house where you can join the costal path and walk all the way to Port Isaac or Polzeath in the other direction if you enjoy walking which we did a couple of times. Everything was lovely and we will be looking forward to our next visit.

The house was modern, exceptionally clean, well presented, just as the photos show and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Beds comfortable with lovely linen. Elmwood is in a pretty hamlet within a short drive to all the lovely beaches and places we wanted to visit close by and reasonably priced in comparison to others in more central locations. We actually preferred coming back to the peacefulness after a busy day than being in the busier areas that we have stayed previously. There arenât any shops within walking distance but a great farm shop with all the essentials you need a 5 minute drive away. We will definitely be booking again.
