Central to Dorset and Devon. Easy access to A35. Couldn’t fault the property. Well proportioned, clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again if in the area

My only query, not a complaint, would be the heating being locked to guests - when it got cold in the night, I didn't feel comfortable calling the mobile number provided to ask for the heating to be adjusted. Really lovely stay otherwise though, will definitely be back for a fifth time soon!

Approx 3 hours from West Midlands. Ample parking with EV Charging availability. Dog run area easily accessible and large enough for all size dogs. Property 1 of 3 in complex. Slight road noise from main road but not loud or disturbing as road above property level. Supermarket available in Axminster as well as other shopping, approx five to ten minutes by car. Railway station access in Axminster. Excellent holiday property. Well recommended.
