Mr Cain
The Belvedere is really well located, very close to the beach in Beer. You can sit in the huge bay window looking out at the sea, and watch the comings and goings along the main street. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable King sized bed and comfortable sofas. There is access to the garden which slopes up steeply behind the property but offers great views over Beer and plenty of seating. There is a flight of internal stairs up to first floor apartment from a very small vestibule. There is a parking space, but it is down a narrow alley and requires skillful manoeuvring. After needing assistance to park at the property, we moved the car to the main car park which always has plenty of spaces out of season. It costs £25 for the week and the ticket covers all East Devon Council car parks (Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Seaton) making it good value.
Mr Wareham
This property is well positioned, spacious and generally well appointed. We have recommended improvements in certain areas, particularly the lack of useable small saucepans.
Mrs Spear
This property is stunning. So close to the beach, beautifully presented, and just a lovely place to be. Highly, highly recommended.
