In a neat row of four houses 500 meters from the beach and Coast Path in Exmouth is this smart townhouse. Rambling over three storeys, this welcoming accommodation is suitable for families or friends looking to enjoy this lovely coastal spot. The front door leads you into the hall, and from there into your smart sitting room, a relaxing space with leather sofas, TV and electric fire. The smart kitchen is an ideal room for preparing meals to enjoy in the dining area up a couple of steps. Head on up to two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and up again to the top floor and its double bedroom with a glimpse of the coast and a shower room. Outside, at the back, is an enclosed seating area where you can enjoy barbecues, plus covered storage for your bikes and beach stuff. That will come in handy if you choose to take advantage of the great cycle tracks which lead to the city of Exeter or across the water on the ferry to Starcross. Stay within Exmouth and you have plenty to entertain you, with shops, pubs, a cinema, theatre, and of course the long and lovely sandy beach. Here you can try sailing, windsurfing, bird watching or walking on the Coast Path. With Dartmoor not far away, 2 Carlton Mews is perfectly positioned for exploring coast and countryside.

A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see

With two free parking spaces. Thereâs ample room for a large family, the kitchen is well stocked with a washing machine and dishwasher. Thereâs a small courtyard with plenty of space to hang out our washing. There was a small issue before were arrived, which Sophie alerted us to and arranged for contractors to sort out speedily. Weâve stayed here before and can thoroughly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Exmouth. The shops and sea front are all within a five minute stroll and we had a great time there.

It was perfectly located with it being just a short walk to the beach and train station. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and having the parking space was very useful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Itâs close to the beach and the town centre, so we didnât need to use our car to visit places, which is always a bonus when on holiday. The three storeys gave us the space we need as a family, and the dining area is ample so that we could all eat together. This is our second visit to this property and we will definitely be back.
