Sunnydeck is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Exmouth, close to all amenities and ideal for couples who want to enjoy Devon’s beautiful coastline and countryside. It is surprisingly quiet given its town centre location only a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Flag beach and estuary, shops, and great bars and eateries like Les Saveurs and Rockfish along the waterfront (great for seafood lovers with lovely views!). The apartment comes with off-road parking for a medium size car (such as a golf as this is not a large space), but with excellent transport links including Exmouth train station 500 metres from the door, it is a perfect choice for those who don’t want to spend their holiday behind the wheel.

It is a popular town so there is always something fun happening, including the annual Exmouth Festival held over the last weekend in May, the Illuminated Festival in autumn, and the famous Christmas Day swim.
There is a wide variety of shops to suit all tastes and budgets, from the covered markets to shopping centres and independent retailers as well as newly developed cafes and boutiques in the stylish Strand.
