Lovely bottle of wine for our enjoyment provided. The property, itself, has been beautifully built out of an old farm building and is warm, clean and very well appointed and equipped. Would say it is perfect for a couple although there are two lovely double bedrooms with modern ensuite bathroom facilities. Bit of a lack of privacy for two couples but probably ok for a few days. Very nice kitchen and excellent laundry. Plenty of parking. It is a little remote and you need to follow some very narrow Devon lanes to reach the property but once there is is peaceful and so very comfortable. Would recommend this property.

Although we didn't need the heating or log burner when we visited, I should imagine that it would be really warm and cosy in the colder months. It was a pleasure to stay at a property where it was so blissfully quiet. Val.

We found The Coach House to be a well presented, lovingly furnished, spotlessly clean and sympathetic barn conversion which has been done with great attention to detail, and which incorporates all the facilities you could require - a real home-from-home, with the bonus of 30 acres of hay meadows for dog walking. Itâs a great base for exploring the moor and south Devon beaches. The long walks, dark skies, and solitude meant we had some great nights sleep!
