Topsham Train Station is 10 minutes’ walk so for those who prefer not to take a car, the property is perfectly located.

Guests who fancy popping over to the other side of the river can hop on the ferry (10 minutes’ walk as well) and once there will be able to stroll along the riverbank to Double Locks or Turf Locks for lunch or drinks. Keen cyclists are spoilt for choice with two routes to choose from; one to Exmouth and another in to Exeter, both taking in picturesque scenery of the river and landscape along the way.
