Diggerland is found north of Exeter, just outside the town of Cullompton. If you’re coming from Exeter, take the M5 until junction 28 and follow the signs into Cullompton. From here, Diggerland is well-signposted along the B3181. For those driving south from Bristol, take the M5 until junction 27 and then the A38 towards Wellington. Once you reach the roundabout, turn right onto the B3181 and continue for three miles. Diggerland will be on your left.
If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is Tiverton Parkway which is approximately five miles away from Diggerland. From here, you can take a 30-minute bus ride or an 11-minute taxi journey direct to Diggerland.
If you’re travelling by bus, the 1, 1A and 1C buses stop at Diggerland. This route runs from Tiverton to Exeter’s city centre.
The countryside town of Cullompton is just an 8-minute drive from Diggerland. With its award-winning farmers market, Cullompton is well worth a look around.
A 17-minute drive away, Tiverton is a picturesque village with its own medieval castle. Here, you’ll find horse-drawn barges and market stalls full of delicious local produce.
A 20-minute drive from Diggerland, Wellington is a small market town which is home to a variety of independent restaurants, cafes and pubs.
The quaint village of Hemyock is a 24-minute drive away in the Blackdown Hills. This designated area of outstanding natural beauty offers fantastic rural views.
Taunton is a large town 30-minutes north-east of Diggerland. Make sure to visit Vivary Park for a relaxing stroll through the gardens.
This award-winning assault course is great for the whole family. Climb your way over the nets, scramble through tunnels and fly down the zip line as you take on the challenge of the Bear Trail.
This beautiful moorland is great for picnics, strolls, and cycling trails. Make sure to bring your camera along - the national park is home to an array of wildlife, including red deer and the semi-wild Exmoor ponies.

Wander around the beautiful gardens of Knightshayes Court, a Victorian country manor and National Trust property. The interior of this huge home is just as impressive, with its traditional Gothic architecture and furnishings.
The Yarak Birds of Prey centre gives you the opportunity to handle, feed and watch a variety of prey birds, including tawny owls and buzzard eagles. The centre also acts as a sanctuary for rescued birds of prey.
