Towels and bed linen are offered in the luxury tent. 

The luxury tent has an outdoor fireplace.  Guests can relax in the garden at the property. 

Dunster Castle is 24 miles from The Toad's pad, while Woodlands Castle is 27 miles from the property.  The nearest airport is Exeter International Airport, 28 miles from the accommodation.

New for 2023, we have set up a cosy little escape on the farm. Nestled in the quiet valley we call home on the edge of Exmoor is our spacious bell tent comprised of 2 7meter quad-door bell tents joined together to form a kitchen, dining and living space that leads into the bedroom made up of one double and two single beds with a further double pull out bed in the living space, with a gas heated shower and composting toilet to yourselves. Should you require more space for more guests, you can bring your own tents (please see below)

Outside, there is a BBQ area with BBQ and gas hob for cooking as well as ample open space for dog walking and children to play. We are dog friendly but please be aware that we live in a rural area with lots of livestock round so please be cautious in areas with animals and keep dogs on leads in occupied fields.

There is an attached shower area to with a covered and spacious composting toilet also. There is a kitchen area with food prep benches and cupboards equipped with cutlery, crockery and utensils as well as a cool box in the tent. Should you have lots of food that needs keeping cool, we have Fridge space at the farm house that you're more than welcome to use. There is an indoor and outdoor dining space. We also have a large 240v solar powered battery pack with 3-point plugs and USB plugs. There is no wifi in the tent however there is good signal and 4g available in the area.

Parking is situated by the main house 500meters from the tents. We will help you take your belongings to and from at the start and end of your stay using the farm vehicle. Please bring wellies OR walking boots with YOU. to get to and from your car you will be walking across fields that in rain can get muddy and slippery
