We had an issue with dishwasher leaking when we used it. We thought that it may be due to a blocked filter. As I have dishwasher at home I knew how to clean the bottom filter , what I found when I lifted the internal filter out of the bottom of machine was something that in my opinion had never been cleaned all season or even longer. It took me ages to clean the filters. When we came to use the toaster for breakfast the crumb tray in the bottom also had not been cleaned as was full of old crumbs. These small things spoilt what was a perfect holiday. The location was ideal and the house was beautiful and we would not hesitate to holiday there again.

My only complaint - it wasn't long enough. I have stayed in Devon quite a few times but the location of Trentishoe is by far the most beautiful.

We were not able to use the hot tub which we were looking forward to due to too many flies that were falling in. The only let down were the beds and pillows, I think there is good scope of improvement there. Also if there can be better towels and additional bath robs for hot tub use could add missing stars.
